Returns Policy
KNIGHT SAFETY GEAR INC. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply:
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase from Knight Safety Gear Inc. is required for all returns.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Exclusions: The 30-day return policy does not apply to products sold on a final sale basis.
Return Shipping Charges: The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless Knight Safety Gear Inc. or the manufacturer is at fault.
Restocking Fee: Depending on the type of product, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated prior to return approval.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items sold on a final sale basis include (i) custom items; (ii) sourced products; (iii) clearance or while-supplies-last items; and (iv) any other items designated by Knight Safety Gear Inc. as final sale.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Knight Safety Gear Inc. does not accept returns outside of the 30-day policy unless otherwise noted. However, Knight Safety Gear Inc. will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the warranty period.

When contacting us about a return, please provide the purchase date, invoice number, and item number to help us locate your order. This information is available on the packing slip or order confirmation email.
Returned products will be inspected by Knight Safety Gear Inc. A credit will only be issued for returns that meet all stated criteria. If, upon inspection, the returned product does not meet the stated criteria for returns, Knight Safety Gear Inc. will contact the purchaser to arrange the return of the product to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
